Okay. Add that to the list of things that either c-client or PHP's imap 
extension don't full support. You could experiment and see if 
http://us4.php.net/manual/en/function.imap-setflag-full.php works, but 
then I don't know how you'd retrieve the custom flags with any existing 
functionality.
