[imp] ERROR when configuring horde 3.0.4 under freebsd 5.3and php4

Thanks for the quick reply.

How do I finish the configuration, when I can't start it?

The problem arises when I try and call the 
/usr/local/www/horde/admin/setupconfig.php in the webinterface.
