[imp] INBOX in the left menu

Q1).
When I login to imp, the INBOX will not load all folder. (no + sign
beside the INBOX link)
Then, I need to check the folder button in the INBOX and reload the
left menu and then It will list all folders. I want to load all folder
after I logged in. How to change it?

Q2).
How can I remove the bar "Last login ... .. " ?
