[imp] Migration question horde2.x/imp3.x->horde3.x/imp4.x

Right, we did that and the new setup is using the prefs from the old 
setup.  The problem is that things seem to be broken and I was wondering if there 
is a conversion script that needs to be run to fix the prefs for 
horde2/imp3 to work with horde3/imp4.  I already converted the imp 
filtering rules for use with ingo so it isn't a big deal if it needs to 
happen as long as there is a script to do it.

copy those into new database, thats sql realm.
