Hmmm -- lots of IMAP fixes for PHP 4.4x

And what of PHP 5.x?  Is the imminent horde 3.0.5 release assumed to be 
ready for PHP5? (note the many warnings/disclaimers on earlier releases 
about PHP version 5).  I'm running PHP 5.0.4!
