[imp] options icon in imp 4

Yes indeed ... this one has got me tricked, too ... as a newbie, 
people keep telling me to look for the options to set up identities, but 
I can't find them!  Having never set up imp 3, I was assuming that I'd 
some something silly ... but maybe they are buried somewhere else?
