[imp] Problem with viewing attachments

I'm Running Horde 3.0.4 and IMP H3 4.0.3

When users send e-mail using outlook (but not outlook express) their 
attachments do not show up in horde. The size of the e-mail reflects the 
attachment, and horde puts the attachment icon (the paper clip) next to 
it in the inbox screen.

However when you open the e-mail, you are given no option to view or 
download the attachment.
