[imp] select sever based on the user name

Hi,

what is the best way to automatically select the server based on the
user name entered?
Eg. the user only enters the user name and cannot select the server. All
users starting with "cs" are sent to server A, users starting with "cx"
are sent to server B, all others to server C.

I could not find how to do this easily, therefore I wrote it myself.
See the links below for a diff for redirect.php and the sample hook
function. The hook is $conf['hooks']['autouserserver'] .

Warning: I  have not written any code in PHP for quite some time, let
alone Horde/PHP. So this code is probably a mess ...
