[imp] Serious problem installing IMP

Hi,

I have to set up horde/imp for my company. The setup of Horde went quite 
well, i followed these instructions:

Now I want to enable IMP, but when I log in as Admin and click 
Administration=>Setup, IMP doesnt appear in the applications list.
I installed IMP through debian's imp4 package, and all the files are 
there aswell.

Any clues what I might have missed?
