[imp] Dynamically sized form elements for IMP's compose screen

The answer is probably no, otherwise it would already have been done, but is
there an easy way to dynamically generate the To, CC, and BCC fields, so that
all addresses are easily accessible and visible?  The issue is if you have more
than just a couple of addresses, you're forced to scroll back and forth to view
all addressees.  The Expand Names function will, if more than one name is
found, seperate all the entries out, on a line by line basis, which is
certainly more user friendly.  But the ideal would be to have the fields shrink
and grow dynamically as addresses are added, or removed.  Is this an issue for
anyone else, and are there technical ways to solve it?
