Precisely why the title of this thread is "Dynamically sized.." :)

See, for the most part, email addresses are a bit longer than 10 
characters. Yours is 13 at a minimum, 29 if you include the full RFC822 
address.  Expand
Names and tab autoexpand pulls in a full address, so its not 
inconceivable that
two addresses take up all the form field space.  I'm going to experiment with
vertical scroll bars, as that would at least indicate to a user that there are
more addresses to be seen, instead of just having them disappear off 
the screen
to the right.
