[imp] Folders not appearing in sidebar or folder navigator

These are currently set as:

    'folders' => '',
    'namespace' => 'INBOX;',

...which worked until recently.  I also tried it without having these 
set at all (which seems to be the preferred configuration), and had the 
same results.
