[imp] Folders not appearing in sidebar or folder navigator

    Really?  They're still defined in servers.php.dist (with the note 
that they should not be set unless you REALLY know what you're doing).  
In any case, I was using the system without them in servers.php with a 
HEAD update from about a week ago, and it worked fine.  When I updated 
yesterday, the folders disappeared.  I tried adding these back from an 
older copy of my servers.php file, but that didn't help.
