[imp] folders problem in HEAD

Update:
with 2005-09-01 CVS folders are shown in folder setting window, and I'm 
able to delete messages without "Invalid mailbox name" error, but:

- Folders are still shonw in folder tree all at same level, outside 
INBOX folder.

- in order to be recognized, I had to set "trash" and "Sent" folders in 
prefs.php as "INBOX.Cestino" and "INBOX.Posta inviata".
