[imp] Can't send mail in us-ascii encoding

I know. I suppose out customer is mailing to someone who has problems using
different charset than US-ASCII, or maybe (s)he has problems with ISO8859-2
used here as default.

I wonder, because I can go to "Options/Message Composition" and select
"US-ASCII" as default charset. But, it's not visible on "Compose" page when
trying to compose messages. I logged on with English (GB) and Slovak
languages set up, nothing helped :(
