[imp] Problems with filters

I'm having a problem with filters in IMP 4.0.2 (yes, I know, it's a turba
module, but I think it might be a problem related to IMP). I'm unable to edit
existing filters or add new ones.  Clicking on either icon or filter name
results in a brief spasm of browser activity, then nothing.  horde version,
3.0.4, imp version 4.0.2, and turba version 2.0.2 on Solaris 9.
