[imp] runaway process

Thanks Jan,

  I do appreciate your time and guidance.  Can you explain to me in a
little more detail what they each actually mean?  Perhaps point me to a
refence.

I am running BSD 4.8 with courier Imap and qmail.

This is what my maildir structure looks like:
