[imp] Two Inbox's in dropdown folder list

Humm, wow. You guys are fast. I just made this release production week ago,
didn't realised you already have a new release. Do you think this bug is fixed
in the new release? I am going to try it, will let you know.

| I moved to the new stable horde/imp with courier-imap backed. I 
started to see
| two Inbox's in the upper right hand dropdown. One with all Caps 'INBOX' and
| other 'Inbox'. Both points to the same thing.

| How can I get rid of one 'Inbox'? and whats the reason for it to show up ??
