[imp] Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class

I'm trying to use "Setup" in the administration screen to configure 
Horde but I am receiving the following error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class horde_block_collection in 
horde/lib/Block/Collection.php on line 20

I can select IMP, Turba, Gollem, etc. from the "Setup" and configure 
them successfully, just not Horde.

Horde 3.2-cvs
IMP H3 (4.2-cvs)
Turba H3 (2.2-cvs)
Gollem H3 (1.1-cvs)
Ingo H3 (1.2-cvs)
PHP 4.4.1

CVS update performed Nov. 4th at 14:53 EST and again on Nov. 7th at 
10:30am EST
