[imp] Problem with imp.

I have installed imp on my FreeBSD system. Horde is setup in apache as 
document root.
when i try to log into the page it appears as there is no page.
if i follow http://192.168.0.199/horde/imp/test.php.
i find these errors.
Required IMP Configuration Files
config/conf.php: No
The file ./config/conf.php appears to be missing. You must generate this 
file as an administrator via Horde. See horde/docs/INSTALL.
