[imp] why the main page is not loaded (Was: Fwd: Horde and othe webmail programms)

I also have been having problems with the Horde/IMP login page 
not loading and I wonder if our problems are related. For me the 
problem happens if:

* I'm using Mozilla Suite or SeaMonkey, 
* and I use http rather than https

The problem does not happen when I use Safari, Opera, or OmniWeb. 
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening and how to 
fix it? I'm using Mac OS X Tiger and a pretty random guess is 
that it might have something to do with my keychain (but that's a 
pretty wild guess and probably not the cause).
