I think we'll just set up a separate instance that doesn't have a prefs 
backend enabled.

Is there a way to prevent IMP from going to the mailbox page that has 
the first new messages?  We're hoping to be able to show the top 
largest 10 messages or so, and don't want to be put pages into the 
index if a new message arrives.
