[imp] IMP + spamassassin

Wow, I certainly did find this covered before, however still no definite
solutions. I found what looks like a patch to Header.php on one of the
horde/imp dev lists, however I can't even find Header.php anywhere in my
/horde directory.
Anybody out there know a quick solution to this?
