[imp] mailbox.php returns null page

  The most recent Debian packages for IMP 4.0.4 include a bug that
only presents itself when allow_folders is true. If this option is
enabled, mailbox.php is always blank. I need folder support, but I
was able to work around this bug by commenting out lines 317 through
320. Can anyone more comfortable with the Horde API shed some light
on this bug?
