[imp] Change of domain.

Horde/IMP does not neccessarily have anything to do with do with what the
user's domain is.

Some things to consider, depending on the way you configured Horde/IMP.

1) Existing data in horde database
-If you have lots of existing data, you might have to run a query for all
occurances of "isac.ernet.in" and change them to "isac.gov.in".

2) Horde/IMP Authentication
-If the server you are connecting to to authenticate your users is specific
to "isac.ernet.in", then you would need to modify it in the server
specification to reflect the changes.

3) Any changes made in the actual code of Horde/IMP that is specific to "
isac.ernet.in" woul need to be modified as well.

It all really depends on how your setup is and how many changes you have
made that are domain specific.
