What do you mean by inline display?

What does this have to do with inline display?  Of course turning off  
inline display of MIME parts. doesn't disable this.

I think you are confused.  All inline display means is that when you  
view the message, the part is shown.  Turning off inline display does  
*not* mean you can't access the part - just that you have to click on  
another link to view the part.  If you truly don't want someone to be  
able to view certain mime parts at all, then you need to implement  
some sort of MIME stripping filter at the MTA level.
