[imp] HEAD PGP issue: signing and encrypting aren't working

Hi,

after some recent HEAD updates signing and encrypting of messages is  
not working anymore. IMP ignores the encryption settings of a message  
and is sending every message unsigned and unencrypted. Thereto there  
is no passphrase prompt.
