[imp] IMP and IMAP folder issues

I did some more testing and apparently Thunderbird does not have that 
issue. I refreshed the list of folders a lot of times and they never 
vanished. Also deleting mails puts them in the correct folder without 
any error messages. I guess IMAP is fine then, but it could of course 
just be luck.

Any hints on how I could further trace it down ?
