[imp] default CC?

Hi

I'm using Horde 3.0.7 and IMP 4.0.4.  Under IMP options you can set up 
a default BCC for a particular identity.  Is there a way to do that for 
a default CC as well?  I though adding the email to "tie these email 
addresses..." would do the trick but it didn't...
