[imp] FC3 to FC4 upgrade problem with IMP

I solved this funny problem. Problem was in FC upgrade - there were two 
versions of some packets installed. Seems like Anaconda messed 
something up.
After I cleaned up (uninstall doubled packets) everything is working 
just great.
If someone else will have similar peoblem...
