No. I should mention too that for the most part Horde / IMP seem to be 
working fine. It's only messages with encodings other than the 3 I 
mentioned (even other almost-identical encodings like IS-8859-15).

It's apache-1.3.34, not chroot'ed. And PHP 5.1.1.
