[imp] apache or horde problem

I had tried that, but when I did, neither link worked, stateing I didn't have
permision to access the file.

I tried thee below suggestion again and webmail worked, but tachie 
broke.  That
I'm OK with.

I think I used double quotes when I tried the below the first time.
