Now I found it. :))

In the setup-section of horde as admin I only had to:
'preference system' -> 'What preferences driver should we use?' -> 'SQL 
Database'
and
'preference system' -> 'Driver configuration' -> 'Custom Parameters'
and
'Data Tree System' -> 'What backend should we use for Horde DataTree 
storage?' -> 'SQL Database'
and
'Data Tree System' -> 'Driver configuration' -> 'Custom Parameters'
and
of course the additions parameters specific of the local database like 
name and passwd....

I also installed horde this time direct in the document root of my 
webserver, but that should not be the reason.
