[imp] Reply/Forward of SMIME Encrypted Messages broken ?

With the IMP 4.1 RC1 an SMIME Encrypted Messages :

1. When i click on reply it says "no text found" in
the quoted reply
2. When i click on forward it will forward only the
message headers and a smime.p7m (i actually expected
that the decrypted message would be forwarded as
message.eml or something like that)

Is this a design Issue ?
