No.  A forward will have the encrypted data since we are simply  
forwarding the contents of the mail message to another recipient.

As noted before, this is not a bug as the code is working exactly as  
we intended.  It is rather an enhancement request, and one that will  
not (and can not) be fixed until the next major release of Horde/IMP  
at the earliest.
