[imp] Disable Forwarding for encrypted Emails / Idea for Quoting Encrypted EMails

No, not without seriously hacking the code.

Doing this via javascript is not an acceptable solution.

simply put, due to BC issues this known problem will not be resolved  
until a new major version of Horde/IMP is released.
