[imp] Undefined property: DB_Error::$phptype

  Sorry, I figured out the problem.

  In the future, if anyone experiencing similar errors, check your
database settings under Horde.  I had selected "MySql improved"
driver which caused this error.  Once I switched to "Mysql", it
worked as designed
