[imp] Table width for arrival date

I figured that out after browsing through the source code of that
particular php script, but the configuration in IMP 4.1 RC3 only lets
me set the time format, not the date format.
Furthermore, I don't find any references to $date_format in conf.php
or prefs.php.

Did this configuration get lost at some point or am I too blind to find it?
