[imp] Redirection limit exceeded for this url using firefox

Hello,

using IMP H3 (4.1-RC2) users have trouble logging into
IMP. (with vinfo hook btw) 

Firefox seems to restrict the maximum numbers of
redirects (page1->page2->page1). So as soon as a user
hits submit on the login screen - it gets presented a
dialog about "Redirection limit exceeded for this url"
- this only happends in firefox and works for all
other browsers.

I found a similar reference here :

it seems to be an issue again now.
