[imp] message not opening in IMP 4.0.4 ...

A little while ago, I "upgraded" our webmail to all the "released" code,
to try and avoid as many bugs as possible with CVS checked out code on our
production box(es) ...
I just got a report in from one user that IMP is having a problem opening
one message out of their mailbox, so I logged in to look around, and when
I click on the message in question, I get prompted to download
'message.php' ... all the other messages in the folder appear to open just
fine, its just that one that seems to want me to download it ...
Looking at the 'raw file', its from an Outlook client, with the start of
the message looking like:
