[imp] Warning messages with IMP 4.1

Hello all,

I've just upgraded my webmail with horde 3.1 (from 3.0.6) and IMP 4.1
(from 4.0.4).

I upgraded the framework by using the patches files and I followed the
instructions of the docs/UPGRADING file.

The webmail is working well but I've few warning messages (Notice)

1) When I start the program, at the login page  :
*Notice*: Undefined index: change_folders in
*/var/www/horde/imp/templates/login/login.inc* on line *199

*2) When I open a mail content, 3 warning appears :

*Notice*: Undefined index: allow_view_source in
*/var/www/horde/imp/message.php* on line *389

**Notice*: Undefined index: allow_resume_all in
*/var/www/horde/imp/templates/message/navbar_actions.inc* on line *29

**Notice*: Undefined index: allow_resume_all_in_drafts in
*/var/www/horde/imp/templates/message/navbar_actions.inc* on line *29

*The others actions (compose mail, forward, reply,...) seems to work
pretty good...
