[imp] upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.1

After patching from 4.0.4 to 4.1 imp breaks.

Are there any upgrade instructions? 

Patches applied fine, but many warnings show up in error.log from apache
now, like:

PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
in /var/www/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/Search.php on line 475
PHP Warning:  reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object
in /var/www/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/Folder.php on line 139

ps: i am running php v 4.4.x - so it should be supported.
