[imp] Problems with imp-h3-4.1 - problem solved

I'd missed this because I was doing a new install instead of an upgrade.
It's not a bug and I'm assuming that the developers have IMAP-UW configured
correctly, which is why they couldn't reproduce it.

In my case IMP was trying to process a very large public_html directory in
the homedir of the ID was testing with.  I made the appropriate changes to
IMAP-UW and everything works as expected.
