[imp] Error connecting to IMAP server. 13: Permission denied

Jan,

I turned on logging within my php.ini file and think I'm getting to the
root of the problem. It's stating no SSL support in this build yet when it
was being installed you can see the openssl.so dependency. I went back and
recompiled trying to fix it but it still seems to be the problem.
