Try a snapshot from http://snaps.horde.org/ - I can't tell you what  
files changed that are pertinent for this matter.

If it continues to not work, you will most likely have to directly  
debug the PHP code yourself.  As mentioned in the docs, the  
imap_config option is not supported by the Horde project so I can't  
provide much more help than that (obviously, if you do find a bug,  
please let us know).
