[imp] PGP / GPG question

Hello all,
Is there a relatively easy way to add a "Should your messages be signed?"
option in Options > PGP Options?
Or would it be relatively easy to change the existing:
"Should your PGP public key to be attached to your messages by default?"
option to my desired "Should your messages be signed?"?
