[imp] "No supported IMAP authentication method could be found" when trying to login

Upgrade to IMP 4.1.1.  Exchange is broken (surprise!) since it doesn't  
correctly identify all available authentication methods as is required  
by RFC 3501.  We work around this in IMP 4.1.1.
