[imp] IMP: how to (de)activate features for all users

Hello,

we use horde (3.1.1) with imp H3 (4.1) on a debian server.

Where can I deactivate the feature "Compose messages in a separate
window?" for all existing local users?

(manually at options/mail/new mail/message composition - but where is
it stored? I canŽt find the right config file or mysql database to
change it for all local users)
