[imp] Muiltiple copies of same message sent by IMP

As the problem is originating in the multiple POSTs, the browser or  
proxy is to blame. There is not even a small interval between the  
requests, so it's not the browser trying to resend. It wouldn't do  
that for POSTs anyway.
