[imp] Missing purge [Re-port?]

....this is quaint... I just went into options for "deleted messages" again
and enabled "Use trash folder" (Selected "Trash" as my folder name).

When I now go back to my inbox, I see my three test messages with a
strike-out line over them (as I would expect when I was not using trash
folder).

But I still do not have a "purge deleted", but I DO have a "Empty trash",
which only gives "trash is already empty" when I click it.


If I then go back into options, and once again disable "move to trash", I go
back to my original problem. No mail visible, no purge, no "show deleted
messages".
